What i always loved most is the sea, with it’s beautiful colors and harmony between over the water and under. i think the best way for me to release stress to shoot my bb gun till it’s out of bullets. I find it very soothing as each bullet comes out i could fell the pressure releasing! Ppl should try tht or another way is to punch the wall!? bahahahahhahahaha……. AND another thing which helps me release my stress is diving! it’s like being underwater releases my mind to think off or disappear, it makes me concentrate on whats happening now and enjoy it, and tells my stress to FUCK OFF!
